Production automation

Production automation activities:

  1. The development of working projects for the installation and connection of instrumentation equipment to the upper level of automated process control system for output capacitive equipment (level indicators, flow meters, pressure and temperature gauges, control and shut-off pneumatic valves) and electrical equipment (electric heating of pipes and tanks, regulating and shut-off electric valve).
  2. The development of automated control systems and warehouses for the storage and preparation of chemical liquids (hydrogen peroxide, etc.) with the use of modern domestic and import equipment: membrane pumps for receiving and dispensing of the product, repumping between tanks, diaphragm valves for the distribution of liquid flows, radar level indicators, mass flow meters for control and product flow rates. To control complexes and warehouses PLC and sensor operator panels are used.
