On 9 April 2018, Valery Yukhanov, CEO of the plant «Morshanskhimmash», took part in a joint meeting of the Expert Council under the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship and the Aviation Industry Committee of the Russian Engineering Union.
The issues of unusual solutions and fields of application of aviation industry enterprises competences were discussed at the meeting. The event brought together leaders of aircraft manufacturing enterprises, representatives of the scientific community and public organizations of Russia. Prospective civil aircraft projects, including a wide-body long-haul aircraft CR929, MS-21 and SSJ-100, were also discussed at the meeting.
